You can still fit the major Republican presidential candidates in a telephone booth--assuming one can be found--but that booth is getting a little more crowded. Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney joins ex-Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty by announcing that he has formed a presidential exploratory committee.
Romney's biggest hurdle will be RomneyCare--which made the purchase of health insurance mandatory in the Bay State. The individual mandate of ObamaCare, which two federal judges ruled unconstitutional, could sink it. And it could indirectly sink Romney's presidential campaign.
