After two years of legal maneuvering to try 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a civilian court, Eric Holder shifted his position and will try KSM and some of his terrorist cohorts in a military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay.
It's a move that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell call a "welcome development."
