While President Obama continues to make up his mind on what to do about Muammar Gadhafi slaughtering his citizens in Libya, the United Nations Security Council, not usually a quick responder, voted to utilize "all necessary measures" to protect those Libyans who oppose the dictator's rule.
But the UN's move may be too late. If Gadhafi wins, it will be a tremendous setback for the cause of freedom.
And it would mean evil has won.
