No mention of victory in Obama Libya speech

In my opinion, President Obama offered a half-hearted explanation of why we are fighting in Libya. But he emphasized our soon to be subordinate role there. That's the Obama Doctrine.

Oh, he reminded us that we "have ended our combat mission in Iraq, but as is his wont, he didn't utter the word "victory." And that means he didn't define what victory would be for us or NATO in Libya.
