Obama Winter: Unemployment falls to 9.0 percent, but only 36,000 new jobs

The national unemployment rate fell to 9.0 percent in January--it was 9.4 percent in December.

But only 36,000 jobs were created. And part of that rate drop is due to some workers giving up looking for employment.

Obama Winter continues.
