House votes to repeal ObamaCare

NOT Joseph Goebbels
I love the irony. While I was undergoing my regular physical therapy session for an inflamed ligament and associated tendinitis problems from long distance running, the House of Representatives voted to repeal ObamaCare.

Republicans were unanimous in voting to repeal ObamaCare, they were joined by three Republicans--Dan Boren of Oklahoma, Mike McIntyre of North Carolina, and Mike Ross of Arkansas.

The vote was 245-189.

Last night Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) compared Republican criticism of ObamaCare to the propaganda produced by Nazi minister Joseph Goebbels.

What happened to civility?

The bill moves on the Senate where it faces an uncertain future.

Still, as Joe Biden said after ObamaCare was signed into law, "This is a big f*ckin' deal."

I think that its future is more certain than uncertain. It's pretty much DOA. Would it be possible for the House to hold the budget hostage until the bill is repealed? That would be a nice tactic.
