A second a federal judge, this one is from Florida, has ruled the individual mandate portion of ObamaCare--the part that makes everyone buy health insurance--is unconstitutional.A victory, yes. But conservatives should hedge their bets and work through the legislative branch to repeal ObamaCare. Using the courts didn't work in keeping Rahm Emanuel off the Chicago mayoral ballot, did it?
