And so it begins...Quinn recall effort announced

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn, who said he would veto any income tax increase that was more than one percent, has floated raising the rate by 2.25 and 2 percentage points within the last few days. As of this writing, it appeas that the lower rate--which is still a 66 percent hike--may become law.
