WVSen: Rasumussen moves race from "Toss Up" to "Leans GOP"

This is the fourth straight opinion poll that shows Republican John Raese leading Democratic Governor Joe Manchin in West Virginia's US Senate race...

The Democrats have had a lock on the Mountain State's two Senate seats for over fifty years. Except in recent presidential elections, West Virginia has been one of the most reliably Democratic states in the union. This is a big deal.

Rasmussen has businessman Raese leading Ranchin 50 to 44 percent. Two percent prefer another candidate, five percent are undecided. The pollster has shifted this contest from "Toss Up" to "Leans GOP."
