WI 8th: RealClearPolitics moves race to "Leans GOP"

One of the House races I'm watching is Wisconsin's 8th District, which is currently being represented by Rep. Steve "Big Pill" Kagen, a Democrat.

Sometime over the last few days RealClearPolitics moved this race to "Leans GOP."

Last month WBAY-TV Green Bay reported that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee would be reallocating funds originally directed towards Kagen's campaign.
