Rep. Bill Foster (D-IL) appeared on NPR last week, and was not only able to answer a reporter's question in regards to whether Nancy Pelosi has been an effective speaker, but he is unable to commit to whether he'll vote for the San Francisco liberal to lead the House next year.
"I will look at that when it's time to elect a new speaker."
Of course I'm hoping that his Republican opponent in Illinois' 14 congressional district, Randy Hultgren, will be voting for John Boehner for speaker of the House in January.
Foster votes with Pelosi 93 percent of the time.
