New stimulus: Obama admitting green economy doesn't work

The $862 billion stimulus failed, so President Obama needs another stimulus. In this round of stimulus, the Washington Times noticed that government favors for green business is missing. Many of the few green jobs created ended up in China, and the failure of expensive environmentally-friendly initiatives in Spain might have caused the White House to finally wake up.

Remember when Obama used to tout Spain as an example to live up to? He doesn't do that any more.
