Joel Pollak's speech at luncheon with Paul Ryan

Skokie lawyer Joel Pollak is the Republican challenger to Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Evanston), one of the most liberal members of Congress.

Pollak held a fundraiser in Chicago on Wednesday, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) endorsed him.

Watch as Pollak addresses 400 of his supporters.
