Rep. Paul Ryan coming to Chicago for Sept. 1 Joel Pollak fundraiser

First a reminder--tonight from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, Joel Pollak, the Republican candidate for Congress in Illinois' 9th District, will hold a town hall meeting on job creation and the economy at the Holiday Inn Skokie, 5300 W. Touhy.

And on September 1 there will be a campaign fundraiser luncheon for Pollak at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Chicago. Guest of honor will be one of the brightest members of the House of Representatives, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI).

In today's Wall Street Journal, there is an article titled, "Washington vs. Paul Ryan." The subtitle is, "What happens when a politician is more honest than his critics." 'Nuff said.

Ryan, a busy man, found time for Pollak.
