I'm going to go running now, when I get back, I'll be taking part in a Facebook town hall meeting with Sean Duffy, the Republican candidate for Wisconsin's 7th Congressional District. The event takes place at 4:00pm CDT (5:00pm Eastern).

Also in attendance will be Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, whose Freedom First PAC endorsed Duffy last month--frightening longtime Democratic incumbent David Obey into retirement.
