ObamaCare not lowering insurance premiums

Recent double-digit insurance premiums helped push ObamaCare over the top, but guess what? Now that it's law, it is unable to prevent, at least for now, similar hikes.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) referred to it as "a very big loophole in health reform." Well, duh.

Oh, did anyone read this bill?
