Last night Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI) told Fox News' Greta Van Sustern in regards to ObamaCare, "I'd be surprised if they have 200 votes."Media sources have the Democrats at 211, five short of passage. What is for certain that at least for now, the Dems don't have the necessary 216 votes for passage.
