New York congressman faces sexual harrassment allegation

Four years ago Rep. Mark Foley (R-FL) got caught up in a sex scandal involving male Congressional pages.

Now Rep. Eric Massa (D-NY) is embroiled in a sexual harassment situation involving a male staffer.

By the way, what is it with New York? Eliot Spitzter...Charlie Rangel...David Paterson...are they trying to dethrone Illinois as the nation's corruption capital?

All four are Democrats.

Massa says he will not run for reelection in his Republican-leaning district.
