Mark Kirk speaks on Iran and a gasoline quarantine

Rep. Mark Kirk (R-IL), who is running for the US Senate, gave a speech to the Chicago Council on Global Affairs last week.



Of Iran's nuclear ambitions, Kirk said, "I believe right now we are witnessing an Iranian nuclear breakout."

To counter Iran's ambitions, Kirk suggests a gasoline quarantine. Yep, oil-rich Iran has to import gasoline.

Meanwhile....President Obama dithers.
