National Journal poll says Kevin McCarthy is the GOP congressman with brightest future

As a regular participant in the GOP Whip Team blogger conference calls, I'm pleased to see the man behind them, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), is the Republican congressman with the brightest future, according to a National Journal poll.

I concur.
