In addition to holding some of the world's most dangerous terrorists, the Thomson, Illinois prison might also hold military tribunals.

As long as we are on the subject, why are some terrorists, most notably Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, receiving civilian trials, while others will be the subject to military tribunals.

And why did Eric Holder promise KSM a fair trial, while all but guaranteeing a guilty verdict?
