Franken declared Minnesota Senate victor--fight not over

A state canvassing board declared Democrat Al Franken the winner of the Minnesota US Senate race.

The battle is not over, Republican incumbent Norm Coleman is challenging the results.

Meanwhile, in an hour, Rod Blagojevich's pick for the US Senate, Roland Burris, will attempt to claim his seat.
