The leader of he House Dems is Michael Madigan (D-Chicago) who pointed out this morning on WLS-AM's Don & Roma show that all of US Senate Democrats signed a letter stating that they would not seat a Blagojevich appointed senator.
But Blago refuses to play by the rules, and he is totally unpredictable.
Do we want a constutional crisis?

Didn't I hear the U.S. Senate has to approve any appointee? If that's the case, Bluggo needs to be careful how he proceeds.
