Very bad news is coming from India. Terrorists have apparently attacked Westerners and Westerners in Mumbai, still known by many as Bombay.

Mumbai is one of India's most Westernernized cities.

At least seven sites in the city have been attacked. Estimates vary on the number of dead, but at 1:15 CST, news reports have are reporting 25 fatalaties. An Indian government official on the phone with Fox News' Martha MacCallum said he believes 80 people are dead.

One report is that a terrorist was specifically seeking American and British victims.

A sad reminder that we live in a very dangerous world.

UPDATE 1:30PM CST:

From Sky News:

The police commissioner A. N. Roy said: "These are terrorist strikes in at least seven places."

He added: "The terrorists have used automatic weapons and in some places grenades have been lobbed."
