Say, didn't one of McCain's former staffers leave the campaign to start working for the "independent" group American Issues Project?
Why, yes. Yes he did.
Go figure that this supposedly "independent" group which is run by a former McCain staffer is doing his dirty work for him as he tries to dig himself out from the elitist McMansion-sized hole he dug for himself earlier in the week.
Maybe on your next conference call with the campaign you can ask the Senator how many homes he owns, vs. how many his rich wife owns, vs. how many the corporations she controls owns... It's so very, very complicated living the life of the Rich & Famous. (And yes, McCain really does have Robin Leach of all people defending his memory lapse over how many homes he owns.) ;)
PS: Why are you guys throwing the kitchen sink at Obama in August? Aren't you concerned it's going to be even more stale than it already is when you really need it in two months?

Rob: Since so much stuff about Obama is hidden...Annenberg, health records, Rezko billing records, college transcripts (if his drug use in high school hurt his grades, how did he move from Occidental to Columbia?), it's really a matter of having the time to get at all this stuff.
