If there was ever such a thing as a "fifth Beatle," then Neil Aspinall was it. He was the band's road manager back in The Cavern days, and he looked after their business interests through Apple Corps, even after the group's break-up in 1970.
Aspinall died of lung cancer today in New York at age of 66.
