I thought she was going away

So-called "Peace Mom," Cindy Sheehan, is clearly suffering from I-don't-get-enough-attention-deficit syndrome.

I thought she had promised to lay low, sell her Crawford, Texas property and move back to California.

But today she announced a bus tour-walking caravan from Crawford to Washington, and then made the threat to run against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in next year's elections--unless the San Francisco Democrat introduces legislation to impeach President Bush in the next two weeks.

Maybe then, I guess, Sheehan will return to the Golden State.

The proposed movie about Sheehan must've been put on hold--Susan Sarandon, who was slated to play Sheehan, is busy portraying Mom Racer--opposite John Goodman as Pop Racer--in the big-screen version of Speed Racer.

PETA is upset about the movie, by the way, because they plan to use--gasp!--a chimpanzee--to play the character of Chim Chim, a chimpanzee.

As for Sheehan, scroll down three posts--it's possible she's been hanging around the North Avenue Beach men's room in Chicago.
