Chicago White Sox re-sign Mark Buehrle
There is some good news this afternoon for Chicago White Sox fans. The South Siders re-signed their ace lefty, Mark Buehrle, to a four-year contract.
Although they've been playing a little better lately, the Sox are having a down year, and there was a fear among fans the White Sox ownership would let him go--he was to become a free agent at the end of this season.
Buehrle is 6-4 this year, with a 3.03 earned run average.
