Vive la France: Sarko's party routs opposition

I never thought I'd be putting Vive la France on my blog in anything other than in a a sarcastic manner.

However, since last month's victory of Nicolas Sarkozy in the French presidential election, France seems to on the right path in fixing its economy and at least lessening its anti-Americanism.

Yesterday "Sarko's" party, UMP, anhillated the Socialist opposition yesterday in parliamentary elections.

Vive la France!
