SCOTUS gets one right on "diversity"

Students are people again, according to the US Supreme Court, not just members of a racial group. Great decision today.

Chief Justice John Roberts phrased it perfectly:

The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.
