Today you can read how Obama's operatives pushed all of his Democratic opponents off of the primary ballot, including the incumbent who may or may not have first endored Obama while she ran for Congress, so he could run unopposed.
Bullying less-connected candidates to have them removed from the ballot for petition irregularities--however minor--is a Chicago tradition, something the native of Hawaii seems to have picked up on quickly.
