Prosecution rests case in East St. Louis "$10 per vote" fraud trial

The Belleville News-Democrat notes under "Breaking News" that the prosecution has rested it's case in the East St. Louis vote buying trial. Several Democratic Party operatives are on trial for allegedly cooking up a scheme to convince voters to choose the "right" candidate last November. At $10.00 per vote.
