(CNN video) Dem rep: Obama administration "one step behind" on border crisis

While on CNN's State of the Union this morning--which is hosted by Obama stooge Candy Crowley--US Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) said that the White House is "one step behind" in regards to the influx of illegal aliens on our southern border,

With no discouragement from President Obama, 300,000 third world youths have crossed into the United States. Some are criminal gang members. Some are carrying disease.
