Woman's therapy dog stolen as she slept on a CTA train in Chicago

Even when you are wide awake, there's a good chance you'll be a crime victim on a Chicago Transit Authority train.

From ABC Chicago:

A woman said her emotional support dog was stolen while she was riding on a CTA Red Line train.
Terry Perkins said she was riding the Red Line and was between the Wilson and Howard stops when she dozed off, then awoke to find her dog Elsa was gone.
The stretch on the North Side where Perkins was riding is particularly dangerous, as I've observed.
