Mark Dice: John Fetterman accidentally makes the funniest joke ever 😂

While on the friendly leftist territory of the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, mentally challenged Pennsylvania Democrat senator John Fetterman said that America "is not sending their best and brightest" to Congress. 

"Sometimes you literally just can’t believe like, these people are making the decisions that are determining the government here. It's actually scary," Uncle Festerman said to Colbert.

Festerman of course should start with himself.
