Finally, the US EPA is requiring the railroad to test for dioxin in the town and surroundings. They should find a lot of it.
Back in the 90's, municipal trash incinerators were closed down, because they generated trace amounts of dioxin. East Palestine is a mini-Chernobyl, with dioxin rather than radionuclides.
