FLASHBACK: Terry McAuliffe defends Ralph Northam blackface scandal: "Was a dumb mistake 40 years ago”

Three years ago it was revealed that on his medical school yearbook page Virginia governor Ralph Northam, a liberal Democrat, had a photo of a man in a Ku Klux Klan hood and another in blackface. 

The leftist who wants to succeed him, Clintonista Terry McAuliffe, dismissed this outrage. He said it "was a dumb mistake forty years ago." 

If a Republican had pulled the same hateful stunt while in his mid-twenties the leftist cancel culture would have called on that person to retire from public life.
