Rep. Ronny Jackson says Biden should resign, not fit for office

Ronny Jackson isn't just any congressman. He's a doctor who was the White House physician for Barack Obama and Donald Trump. 

And he believes not only that Joe Biden is not mentally fit to be president--if he doesn't resign--Jackson predicts that the Democratic Congress will remove him from office by way of the 25th Amendment.
