Harris snaps at reporter for asking when she will go to the border, won’t say when she will visit

Joe Biden's choice of Kamala Harris as his running mate is additional proof of his cognitive declice. She's not qualified to be vice president--let alone president. 

Harris, who was appointed months ago, by either Biden or whoever is pulling his strings, to be in charge of the border crisis, refuses to say when she will vist the southern border. 

Again, this time by Univision's Ilia Calderón, she was asked when she will visit the border. This time, with a bit of a giggle thrown in, Harris snapped at the reporter, "I'm not finished."
