Joe Biden again refuses to answer if he’ll pack the Supreme Court if elected

It looks like only the local media will pose hard questions to Joe Biden. Yesterday a North Carolina television reporter asked the Democratic nominee if he will pack the court with new justices on the Supreme Court. And again Biden refused to answer.
