Biden press sec refuses to answer on Biden’s teleprompter use: "You can’t answer the question"

Joe Biden's smug turd of a press secretary, TJ Ducklo, spoke with Fox News' Bret Baier yesterday. 

Baier asked Ducklo if the 77-year-old Democratic nominee used a teleprompter at a Michigan appearance. Before Biden answered a question, apparently referring to a teleprompter, the former vice president said, "Move it up here." Video clip is here.

Ducklo couldn't refused to answer Biden's query and instead attacked Baier and the Trump campaign.
