This fraud broke her own lockdown rules by getting her hair done.

Not only did she get her hair done, she held a press conference to tell us all about it. And neither woman wore a mask or social-distanced during the presser.
She got elected because the Democrat Primary field was overcrowded and the run-off choice was between Toni "Soda Tax" Preckwinkle... and NOT Toni "Soda Tax" Preckwinkle, so she won by default for not being Toni Preckwinkle! (There has been no such thing as a viable Republican candidate in Chicago in what now, 70 years?)
