3 killed and at least 13 others wounded in weekend shootings in Chicago

Despite the biggest snowstorm so far this year the gunplay continued in Chicago.

Of the three homicides a woman was standing in a vacant lot in Englewood on Friday when three men got our of a car and shot her. She was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. '

On Saturday two men were fatally shot five minutes apart in separate incidents--one in Austin on the West Side and the other in Avondale on the Northwest Side.

At least 13 others were wounded city-wide.
