Ted Cruz rips Democratic debate: 'The clown car is broken'

Yes, the circus came to Miami this week. It consisted of two clown cars--one for each night of debates--of the 20 Democrats running for president.

And Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is right, "the clown car is broken."
