Thers only ONE solution! Given that the 'capital offences' being committed against our communities by turning them into acres upon acres of swiss-cheese-brained meth 'addicts' camps (no these are not 'homeless' problems these are METH problems 95% of urban homeless test positive for METH abuse) given these attacks and offences against our neighborhoods and societies ... DEALING, MANUFACTURING, POSESSING Methamphetamine must be FELONIZED as CAPITAL OFFENCES!
