Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) added to the bad political theater during the Brett Kavanaugh hearings by claiming to be in violation of Senate rules--and declaring "I am Spartacus"--when he boasted about releasing documents about President Trump's nominee to the US Supreme Court.
But the documents, which weren't explosive by the way, had already been cleared for public release.
Booker: What a zero.
