Yesterday I posted my friend Victor Maggioo's video on the "blood moon" weekend violence in Chicago, which covered the attempt by Illinois State Troopers to revive a man shot to death in an expressway shooting, as well as several other incidents.

Excellent footage. Too bad no one will learn anything from this. May God in His mercy give that man's bereaved family the peace that passes all understanding.
