My friend Victor Maggio digs deep into the history of South Shore, where my father grew up by the way, then he moves into the unhappy present, zeroing in on the Terror Town section of South Shore, then ending the video with chilling footage of a carjacker firing at police as he attempts to flee in a high speed chase.
