On Meet the Press this morning, host Chuck Todd mentions that rural Americans--you know, the people that resoundingly supported Donald J. Trump in last year's election--have less health care choice because of ObamaCare.

And former HHS secretary Kathleen Sebelius, a Barack Obama appointee, agrees.
