Tonight on the O'Reilly Factor host Bill O'Reilly tore leftist Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) for pandering to his teacher union campaign contributors for his unhinged opposition to President Donald J. Trump's nominee to be education secretary, Betsy DeVos.
